Jamie Catto ‘Insanely Gifted’ Workshop – Sat 16 Jan

On this workshop, you will:

  • Dissolve anything and everything in the way of your clear Creative channel
  • Rediscover techniques and paths for effortlessly accessing the imagination and creation realms
  • Increase confidence and sense of personal power in ALL areas of life
  • Reclaim and unleash hidden parts of yourself to release untapped resources of innate, playful genius
  • Free yourself from any imprisoning or limiting beliefs which have held you back
  • Laugh so tenderly with your humanity that old depressions and emotional pressures fall away

When we are in a flow state, connected to who we truly are rather than the chattering, anxious mind, then we can achieve easily all the things we get nervous about. So in a way, it’s right and good that the mind gets stage fright, or pessimistic about starting a creation or relationship, because it’s not the mind that is going to succeed at those things. It should be nervous. To operate at full, successful potential the mind has to take a backseat while the real You takes over. I’d be right to be nervous if my ego had to get up in front of 100 strangers and teach them this stuff or pick up the guitar to write a song. Luckily that busy, over-doing part of my nature has no business doing those things. Those yucky feelings are a message from Life to drop back into the real Me, Presence, here-and-now-ness, because when we do that, and allow the false-controller to let go, all our endeavours go brilliantly. And you don’t need to meditate in a cave for a lifetime to achieve this. It only takes 5 seconds of focus…

Why this workshop?

That open channel to Inspiration and Genius can seem hard to access sometimes. We’re never taught in school how to drop into that Creative field effortlessly. It’s something that people think artists and creatives just ‘do’, but just with any other skill, we often need to follow pre-designed steps to allow in the Genius that waits patiently behind our busy thinking minds. So I created this workshop to deliver clear tools for accessing our inherent Creative expression, both for our projects and our personal lives, and also to unblock anything in the way of the effortless flow of our day to day lives.

Is it for me?

This workshop is perfect for Creatives, but not limited to those who work in Creative fields. We all need a closer relationship with our natural flow that can get crowded out by the chaos and distractions of our everyday lives. This workshop is for anyone who wants to unblock or magnify their Creativity, Intimacy and Lightness.

What’s the format?

Throughout the workshop, 10h30 to 17h30 (GMT), we play games, explore processes and discussions, both in groups and working alone, to learn how easy and natural it can be for any human, not just those who consider themselves ‘Creative’, to access the often dormant realms of Inspiration and Lightening Up which can sometimes feel too hard to get in touch with.

What will I come away with?

Those who’ve attended the workshop have experienced renewed energy, enjoyment and excitement about both their Projects and their Relationships and been delighted by how their endeavours seem to fall into place all by themselves.

What people have said:

“I’ve just realised I attended a presentation today at work. I usually shy to the back, but this time I was at the front, of where the attention was, absorbing directly at the place of focus. Present, no niggling thoughts. Jeesh, wow.” John

“Going to Jamie Catto’s workshop was the best decision of the year so far! I’m already experiencing amazing benefits from it! I can’t recommend it highly enough!” Ben

“I attended one of Jamie’s workshops… He’s good. A foul-mouthed, passionate, present, witty, musical wizard.” Chloe

“The work of Jamie Catto is magnificent. If you’re in London, get along to his workshops. xx” Erica

“If you need a soul repair, go to this, peace, cleanse, laughter, really brilliant people (the good ones) make space, reflect, thrive. Seriously, if I’m not oop North recording I will drop in…..creative, empaths, evolved. It’s fully inclusive because people, including me, donate extra, as bursaries for those who can’t afford it. Sliding scale so no excuses….. Jamie Catto go see him!” Vanessa
